The Vodder Technique is the most respected method of Lymphatic Drainage Massage in the world. It is an advanced bodywork modality performed by Certified Practitioners that consists of super-light, gentle motions that move lymph fluid, typically after surgery or for detoxification purposes.

Swedish Massage is the best-known type of bodywork, focusing on relaxation techniques, long, gliding strokes, the benefits of which are increased blood flow, rehabilitation for injured and sore muscles, increased flexibility, reduction of stress and overall improvement of the immune system.
